Valencian NGOs, social enterprises and startups will work with our teams until January.
On Monday, September 21, the Faculty of Business Administration and Management hosted the welcome event for the upcoming cycle of 180 Degrees Consulting Valencia. During the event, we presented the eight projects to be developed between September and January and officially welcomed the new consultants joining our branch. This marks the largest operating cycle in our history.
Unprecedented Growth
The figures reflect the strong momentum of our branch. Applications for the selection process surged by 220% compared to the previous cycle. This semester, our team comprises 46 consultants—a 57% increase—hailing from two universities: 40 from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and 6 from the Universitat de València (UV). Alongside the executive team, we form a robust group of 58 students.
Our client portfolio has also expanded. We are taking on eight consulting projects, reflecting a 33% increase: six with NGOs, one with a social enterprise, and one with a startup.
Profile diversity is one of our team’s most defining characteristics. Working alongside Business Administration and International Business students are future Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, and Telecommunications Engineers, as well as students from Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, and dual degree programs such as Business & Law and Telecommunications & Business. Each team successfully integrates business acumen, quantitative analysis, and technical capabilities.
Eight Projects with Real Impact
This cycle, we will partner with Payasospital, Salvem les Fotos, Fundación Asindown, Fundación Proyecto Vivir, Manos Voluntarias, Aderes Burjassot, Impacto Consciente, and Rating Sky. These are highly diverse organizations operating in fields such as healthcare, labor inclusion, sports, food assistance, and photograph recovery following the DANA.
The scope of the projects is equally varied, encompassing medium-term strategic plans, financing and fundraising strategies, the launch of new service lines, logistical optimizations, and scalable commercial models. Each consulting team will work closely with their respective organization until January to translate these challenges into concrete, actionable plans.
